Conservation Board
The Page County Conservation Board currently has 5 members:

Board meetings occur every 2nd Tuesday of the month at 6:30pm at the Conservation Office. If there is a special meeting or meeting time changes the public will be notified. Board meetings are open to the public.

Michelle graduated from Iowa Western Community College with an Associates degree in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor's degree from Northwest Missouri State in Recreation and Park Management. She also graduated from the Iowa Law Enforcement Academy in 2018. She has worked at the county, state, and city level of parks as a ranger, technician, and manager. Michelle was hired by the PCCB in July 2024. She enjoys hunting and fishing in her free time.
Charly started her adventure here at Page County Conservation in December of 1985. She has watched a lot of changes over the years in the park system and watched it grow into the great areas we have today for recreation. Her favorite projects over the years have been working with the kids at the annual fishing derby and assisting with hunter safety education classes. In her free time, Charly likes to spend time with her granddaughter and daughter along with her two cats Gypsy and Maxx. Her favorite hobby is reading.
