Pierce Creek Recreation Area
Pierce Creek Recreation Area was bought in 2000 by the conservation board. It is the largest park owned by the county coming in at approximately 361 acres! It has 2 campgrounds, approximately 7 miles of multi-use trails, approximately 62 acres of public hunting, a 30 acre lake with great fishing, and a boat ramp.

Camping
There are 2 campgrounds at Pierce Creek Recreation Area, one located on the north end of the park and one located on the west side of the park which is Equestrian Camping only.

Sites 1-4 and 12-18 are electric and water

Sites 5-11 are primitive

Electric sites are $15 per night

Pierce Creek has a camping cabin that has 2 twin beds, small refrigerator, desk, and a/c unit. Water is available at the cabin. This unit can be reserved for $30 per night. You can call the conservation office to reserve!

There is a shower building with restrooms in the campground​

There are corrals for your horses and an obstacle course at the campground for anyone to use.

There is a shelter with electricity located in the campground.

There are porta pots available in the campground.

Shelter
There is a shelter located at the boat ramp area. It costs $20 to reserve this shelter. This shelter has a pit latrine for restrooms, picnic tables, a grill, water hydrant, and a playground. Please call the office to reserve this shelter.
