Stephens Tract
Stephens Tract was gifted to the conservation board in 1987 and is an approximately 4 acre piece of land next to the town of Hepburn that preserves a small piece of native wetland that used to surround the area.
Stephens Tract is a piece of land that was donated by a Conservation board member who served from 1962-1987. Jim Stephens was known as an avid conservationist. He wanted to make sure this piece of land was preserved for its natural beauty.
